Mir Wali - "Wali"

Wali (91) has been a prominent member of the Hertfordshire Chess scene for many-a-decade. He successfully captained Hertfordshire County to victory and in 1989 he founded the Chess Forum at the Haldens Sports and Social Club. Although retired from competitive chess, Wali still plays socially at the club every Tuesday.
